Well first you would need the driver and make a driver floppy (This is the hard part trust me all pc techs have horror stories about hard to find drivers). Then when you first run the install for xp and you get that blue dos-ish screen you will nottce the 'Press F12 to install raid or third party driver' Press F12 it will ask you to insert your floppy and once you choose the right driver you are ready to install.
