Connie, pictured on Instagram, is now 15 and looks very different to the gap-toothed youngster who charmed with the Eva Cassidy classic in her audition for the ITV talent show in 2007 Connie, who has been quietly making music in the meantime, has changed her sound too and has co-written songs on her album, Matters To Me, which is released on Friday. As well as writing her own songs, Connie has included some covers. In 2010 Connie performed on Chinese government television to around 400 million people, for a special Chinese New Year celebration. And she entertained world leaders at a concert which opened the G20 world summit in Seoul last year. Connie was a firm favourite for the competition, pictured with BGT hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, but was pipped to the post by opera singer Paul Potts Connie has reached plenty of fans through her YouTube channel, where she has more than a million subscribers, and has credited her success to her 'loyal' fans. The teenager regularly posts covers of songs like Adele's When We Were Young and Zayn Malik's Pillowtalk, along with original songs. She also posts selfies regularly on Instagram to her 116,000 followers.
